Shipping Information: delivery timeframes, discreet-packaging options, order tracking, returns/exchanges, and what to do if a parcel may compromise your safety.
FAQs: quick answers on orders, accounts, services, warranties, and how we protect your privacy.
Help Centre: step-by-step guides, checklists, and contact options for tailored support.
Types of Abuse:
-
Technology-facilitated abuse: signs to look for (tracking, account compromise, hidden cameras), immediate steps, and device/account safety checklists.
-
Financial abuse: warning signs (coerced debt, controlled spending), ways to protect income and records, and links to support.
-
Coercive control: how patterns of monitoring, isolation and intimidation show up, how to document incidents safely, and where to get help.
